What we collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Information you give us — name, work email, phone, company, and project details when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or sign up for the customer portal.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source, and similar telemetry from server logs and analytics tools.
- Information from cookies — small files that let the site remember your session, measure traffic, and improve the experience.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, generate quotes, fulfill orders, manage warranty and renewal lifecycles, send transactional emails (like quote confirmations and renewal alerts), and improve our products. We use analytics data to understand which pages and features are useful and to fix what isn't.
Who we share it with
We never sell contact details. We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Distributors and manufacturers we resell from, when fulfilling an order on your behalf (for example, registering a deal with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, AWS, NetApp, or Dell EMC).
- Service providers that power our infrastructure — hosting, analytics, email delivery, and our customer portal — under standard data-protection terms.
- Legal authorities, if required by valid legal process, to protect our rights, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and a small number of first-party cookies to remember your preferences. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in settings; doing so may break parts of the customer portal that rely on session state.
How we protect it
We use TLS for data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access controls for our staff, and continuous monitoring on the customer portal. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat customer data the same way we treat our own.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Email hello@premiertg.com with the request and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
premiertg.com is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for portal customers, send a notice before the change takes effect.
